A new indolylquinuclidine type alkaloid, apodihydrocinchonamine, has been isolated from Isertiu huenkeunu. Its structure has been established on the basis of spectral data. An exhaustive structure revision of dihydroquinamine and epidihydroquinamine has also been made by NMR techniques (homo-COSY, hetero-COSY, NOE-difference and ROESY)
