L’impression 3D ouvre de nouvelles perspectives pour la médecine personnalisée, cette thèse étudie la faisabilité technique de l’impression 3D de forme pharmaceutique en s’orientant vers de la libération immédiate. Des tests de compatibilité avec plusieurs substances actives ont tout d’abord été réalisés afin de développer une méthode de fabrication de la matière première qui alimentera l’imprimante 3D. La forme à libération immédiate a ensuite été désignée tout en envisageant la possibilité de retarder celle-ci à des fins de personnalisation du profil de libération de la substance active.
