La carie précoce de l'enfance est l'un des grands problèmes de santé publique du 21ème siècle. De ce fait, cette revue bibliographique étudie l'alimentation prédominante chez le nouveau-né: l'allaitement maternel et son influence sur le développement des CPE. A travers les 83 articles cités, plus de la moitié indiquent que l'allaitement maternel est un facteur de risque de CPE et notamment l'âge tardif de sevrage (au-delà de 6 mois).
