PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL DESARROLLO DEL CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL COMO COMPETENCIA DE DIRECCIÓN EN EDUCACIÓN: EL CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL COMO COMPETENCIA DE DIRECCIÓN

Progressively goes increasing the conscience that the profitability of an organization depends that each worker wants and it can put his competitions to her service.  In turn, the quality of labor life of an organization is the environment, the atmosphere, the air that is breathed in this institution. The efforts to improve the labor life constitute systematic works that carry out the organizations to provide the employees an opportunity to improve their positions and to contribute to the attainment of the organizational objectives, in a climate of trust and respect. The present study is the result of the theoretical systematizing carried out on the organizational climate and address competition in Education and from this perspective the idea is to diffuse and to impel a new focus, to solve professional concrete and current situations. They are assumed and they recreate ideas that took to the authors to define address competitions in education, to assume a classification and their argument critically, what converges with the carried out analysis. The conclusions confirm the complexity, importance and relevancy of the topic for the formation of professionals and educational directive.Progresivamente va aumentando la conciencia de que la rentabilidad de una organización depende de que cada trabajador quiera y pueda poner sus competencias al servicio de ella.  A su vez, la calidad de vida laboral de una organización es el entorno, el ambiente, el aire que se respira en dicha institución. Los esfuerzos para mejorar la vida laboral constituyen labores sistemáticas que llevan a cabo las organizaciones para proporcionar a los empleados una oportunidad de mejorar sus puestos y para contribuir a la consecución de los objetivos organizacionales, en un clima de confianza y respeto. El presente estudio es el resultado de la sistematización teórica realizada sobre el clima organizacional y competencia de dirección en Educación y desde esta perspectiva la idea es difundir e impulsar un nuevo enfoque, para resolver situaciones profesionales concretas y actuales. Se asumen y recrean ideas que llevaron a los autores a definir competencias de dirección en educación, asumir críticamente una clasificación y su argumentación, lo que converge con el análisis realizado. Las conclusiones confirman la complejidad, importancia y pertinencia del tema para la formación de profesionales y directivos educacionales
