Propuesta metodológica para el inventario de recursos turísticos en zonas rurales de la sierra ecuatoriana (análisis de caso: parroquia de Ambuquí. UTC. Latacunga.

This project was developed to create a new methodology for the inventory and ranking of tourist resources in rural areas of the Ecuadorian highlands, for this research the rural parish of Ambuquí, located in the province of Imbabura, was taken into account, the resources that are evaluated They are both natural and cultural, the project is an alternative to the tourist methodology traditionally used in Ecuador proposed by the Ministry of Tourism, in which it is applicable for tourist attractions but not for tourist resources, discriminating against them by not achieving a qualification that accredits them as attractive. Considering that in rural areas they do not have an adequate tourist system that allows the resource to reach the level of attractiveness, this proposal of methodology for tourist resources has emerged. For this research project, 3 specific objectives were developed, which are divided as follows: in the first objective, a bibliographic review was carried out in which different methods were implemented, such as the Delphi methodology, which was adapted by the health crisis caused by COVID19 and this was applied using technological tools, searches were also carried out for methodologies from different Spanish-speaking countries, a methodological comparison matrix, aided by the inductive method for the observation and comparison of these. In a second objective, the proposed methodology applicable for tourist resources was built, considering 5 methodologies of Spanish-speaking countries chosen in the previous objective, the synthetic analytical method was used, so that these are used as a basis for the construction of a new and optimized to allow the correct inventory and ranking of tourist resources. In a third and final objective, the proposed methodology was applied in a rural area of the sierra, in this case in the province of Imbabura, in the parish of Ambuquí, to demonstrate its effectiveness, through a field trip that helped to correctly identify the resources tourism where it was possible to identify 6 tourist resources, 5 cultural and 1 natural, applying the methodology proposed for tourist resources.El presente proyecto se elaboró para crear una nueva metodología de inventario y jerarquización de recursos turísticos en zonas rurales de la sierra ecuatoriana, para esta investigación se tomó en cuenta la parroquia rural de Ambuquí, ubicada en la provincia de Imbabura, los recursos que se evalúan son tanto naturales como culturales, el proyecto es una alternativa para la metodología turística usada tradicionalmente en el Ecuador propuesta por el ministerio de turismo, en el cual es aplicable para atractivos turísticos mas no para recursos turísticos, discriminando a los mismos al no alcanzar una calificación que los acredite como atractivos. Tomando en cuenta que en zonas rurales no cuentan con un sistema turístico adecuado que le permita al recurso alcanzar el nivel de atractivo, ha surgido esta propuesta de metodología para recursos turísticos. Para este proyecto de investigación se elaboró 3 objetivos específicos los cuales se dividen de la siguiente manera: en un primer objetivo se realizó una revisión bibliográfica en el cual para su consecución se implementó diferentes métodos, como la metodología Delphi, que se lo adapto por la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por la COVID19 y esta se aplicó mediante herramientas tecnológicas, también se realizó búsquedas de metodologías de diferentes países de habla hispana, una matriz de comparación de metodologías, ayudado del método inductivo para la observación y comparación de estas. En un segundo objetivo se construyó la metodología propuesta aplicable para recursos turísticos, tomando en cuenta 5 metodologías de países de habla hispana elegidas en el objetivo anterior, se usó el método analítico sintético, para que estas sean usadas como base para la construcción de una nueva y optimizada que permita inventariar y jerarquizar de manera correcta los recursos turísticos. En un tercer y último objetivo se aplicó la metodología propuesta en una zona rural de la sierra en este caso en la provincia de Imbabura, en la parroquia de Ambuquí, para demostrar su efectividad, mediante una salida de campo que ayudo a identificar correctamente los recursos turísticos donde se logró identificar 6 recursos turísticos, 5 culturales y 1 natural, aplicando la metodología propuesta para recursos turístico
