Dördüncü endüstri devrimi ana gücü olarak bilinen yapay zekâ günümüze kadar farklı alanlarda oldukça önemli değişimlere yol açmıştır. Bu araştırmada pazarlama alanında yapay zekâ araçlarının kullanımı ve özelliklerini araştırmayı, ayrıca teknoloji kabul modeli kapsamında kullanıcıların alışverişte kullanılan chatbotlara yönelik tutum ve kullanma niyetlerini etkileyen faktörlerin ortaya koyması amaçlanmıştır. Bu hedefe yönelik Türkiye’de 15 yaş ve üzeri çevrimiçi ortamda akıllı araçlarla alışveriş yapan bireylere çevrimiçi anket formu aracılığıyla ulaşılmıştır.
