Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find a method that enables fast testing of new intralogistics process concepts - delivery of parts to the assembly site under the conditions of variable factory layout. Design/Methodology/Approach: A new method of analyzing the intralogistics process under the conditions of layout change was proposed, using own, original idea of creating a flow model using the concept of a reference process. Findings: The result of this research is the methodology for analysing and modelling intralogistics processes fast.
