Hermína Týrlová and her puppet world

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the interpretation of the work of an important Czech animator Hermína Týrlová. In the context of Zlín's film production studios and the state of animated movie at the time, it analyzes films from Týrlová and her authorial positions. The work further focuses on technical aspects of puppet construction for film. The gained knowledge acquired it then puts into pedagogical practice for the purpose of innovation and analysis of teaching animation in film education. The author's work, which will be part of the bachelor's thesis, will be inspired by the style of Hermína Týrlová
