Background: Work-related stress has been recognized as a challenge and can lead to emotional, physical and psychological effects. Healthcare professionals are often exposed to work-related stress and newly trained radiographers are no exception. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to describe how newly graduated radiographers in a hospital perceive stress in the workplace. The study aims to identify factors that affect the newly trained radiographer stress and to find factors that can help reduce their stress levels.
