My project is focused on finding out what Korean heritage students think of the effect the entertainment industry has on the daily life of Koreans at the University of Illinois and if this differs depending on where they were raised and if they like Korean entertainment. Discussion on how the Korean entertainment industry affects the people they hang out with and the way they dress/act. Finally, I will discuss how they believe the globalization of Korea makes it easier and more difficult for them to connect to non-Korean students depending on their interest or disinterest in the entertainment.unpublishednot peer reviewe
