The title of this research is the Implementation of Environmental Service Supervision of PT. ADEIPlantation as an effort to prevent the environment from occurring. Pollution in Bengkalis Regency is one of the problems in this study. Bengkalis Regency is an industrial area, and an industry that produces waste which can cause pollution, environmental pollution is very dangerous and very disturbing to life and therefore it is necessary to have supervision to avoid pollution. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of supervision from the Environmental Agency to PT. ADEI Plantation as an effort to prevent environmental pollution in Bengkalis Regency. The writing uses a normative writing method that focuses on laws and regulations relating to the implementation of negligent environmental services. The conclusion of this study is the implementation of supervision by the Environmental Agency to PT. ADEI Plantation has been implemented quite well.
