The dataset provides data on global cropland nitrogen flows for the year 2000 and 2010 at country level simulated by GLOBIOM. The nitrogen flows include N fertilizer, N manure, N fixation, N deposition, and harvested N. GLOBIOM (Global Biosphere Management Model) is a global partial equilibrium model allocating land-based activities, i.e. management of cropland, livestock systems and forestry, under land availability constraints, to maximize the sum of producer and consumer surpluses.
