The concentration at which micelles are formed is called the critical micellar concentration (CMC) and it is where significant physicochemical changes occur, such as an abrupt change in surface tension and conductivity. The objective of the research is to statistically compare the results obtained by both methods, by measuring conductivity and surface tension. Both methodologies were applied to two surfactants by measuring these properties in aqueous solutions at different concentrations. The surface tension was calculated by the ring method using the tensiometer and the conductivity was carried out in a conductimeter.
