Objective: Determine the spiritual well-being and its relationship with demographic variables of nursing professionals who work at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Material and Methods: Quantitative, cross-sectional study that determined the levels of spiritual well-being through the Reed ́s Spiritual Perspective Scale (SPS) in 116 nurses that worked in the ICU during the public health emergency of COVID-19, from June to July of 2020. The relationship of the variables was determined using the Fisher test, and the differences between the groups using the Mann-Whitney U test and the Analysis of Var-iance (ANOVA) test.
