In this paper, we analyze and consider the effects and problems of the adoption of the designated administrator system in the Gender Equality Center in Kumamoto City, by comparison with other Japanese Gender Equality Centers in Kumamoto Prefecture, Fukuoka Prefecture and Fukuoka City.The results are as follows:106 Gender Equality Centers (of total 383 Gender Equality Centers in Japan) adopt the designated administrator system.
