Utilizing Health Science classes at Nagasaki University, I developed, experimented with, and measured the effectiveness of a dietary education program to prevent lifestyle-related diseases. There were many cases in which the students increased their awareness of dietary habits and improved their diet. On the other hand, there were many other cases in which the students changed their thinking about diet but did not change their actual diet. This is the problem that we have to tackle and solve
