A method for a numerical calculation of elution curves of chromatography is presented which takes lateral nonequilibrium, Langmuir kinetics and longitudinal diffusion in the mobile phase into account. Numerical calculations under operational conditions of a column are performed on a digital computer. The method for numerical calculations is verified by using the Haarhoff\u27s theory
