TURNOVER INTENTION TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT KARYAWAN

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, human resources must have adequate skills, the ability to adapt, and have the ability to prevent technological security problems. And companies need the right employees, for the development and progress of the organization. Employees have an active role in determining the company's plans, systems, processes, and goals. Companies also need employees who are bound by their work. Work engagement is also known as work engagement. Work engagement is very important for the sustainability and growth of the organization. The high and low level of work engagement is seen from how high the level of turnover intention is. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of turnover intention on employee work engagement. The study used quantitative methods with a total of 152 contract employees using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study used a simple regression test. The results showed that turnover intention affected employee work engagement. This can be seen based on the significant value of 0.017 which is smaller than 0.05
