The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all employees with a sample of 45 respondents. This study uses quantitative data types and the data source used is primary data. The data analysis method used is path analysis technique, scale range, classical assumption test, t test, and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention...
