This study examines the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable. The research was conducted at CV. Kembang Joyo with a sample of 32 employees. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique in this research is partial least square (PLS). The results showed that there was a negative and significant effect of workload on employee performance, positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance, negative and significant influence of work stress on employee performance, and the indirect effect of workload on employee performance through work stress there was a negative and significant influence on employee perf...
