As teacher candidates, pre-service teacher are required to form their identity as pre-service teachers. A pre-service teacher must have a lot of experience and higher education while at university. Along with their studying period in university, teaching practice is also significant in developing pre-service teacher identity. Teaching gives pre-service teachers real experiences of working in real schools. From teaching practice, the pre-service teacher can judge themself.
