PROSEDUR TRANSAKSI KLIRING PADA UNIT KERJA TELLER DI PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO), TBK KANTOR CABANG MALANG KAWI

In this study, the author took the title "Procedure of Clearing Transactions at the Teller Work Unit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Malang Kawi Branch Office”. The purpose of this paper is to find out and understand the procedures for examining clearing transactions as well as problems that occur during clearing transactions and solutions to overcome problems that occur. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation, with primary and secondary data sources. The result of this research is the implementation of the clearing system used by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Malang Kawi Branch Office has implemented a clearing system in accordance with the rules set by BI. However, there were still some problems or problems during the clearing process and these problems became an inhibiting factor in the clearing implementation process. Various alternative solutions continue to be pursued by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Malang Kawi Branch Office, one of which is by checking scripts and using a bilateral clearing system in order to realize an efficient operation
