ANALISIS PENERAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PADA CV. AQUAKU JAYA BERSAMA (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Air Mineral di Dompu, NTB)

Research conducted by researchers in the CV. Aquaku Jaya Together. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the implementation of CSR in CV. Aquaku Jaya Bersama whether it has been effective and has a positive impact on the company, employees, and the community as well as the surrounding environment or not. In this study, researchers used descriptive data types to see how the implementation of CSR in CV. Aquaku Jaya Bersama, the form of CSR used is philanthropic. The results obtained by CV. Aquaku Jaya Bersama during the implementation of CSR, among others: 1) Good Corporate Image, 2) Good Community Welfare and Empowerment, 3) Good Relations and Cooperation with Stakeholders, 4) CSR categories run by the company only 3 out of 6 categories major CSR. The implementation of CSR carried out by CV. Aquaku Jaya Bersama also has several shortcomings or weaknesses in its implementation, namely: 1) Lack of human resources, 2) The assistance provided is still limited and not evenly distributed
