PERKEMBANGAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR) PADA PT BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA,TBK. DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19

The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of people's business credit (KUR) as well as the obstacles and also the efforts made by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Sumbersari Unit Malang City during the covid-19 pandemic. Against the problems that become obstacles, then carried out by researchers with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers are through 2 processes, interviews and also literature. The results of research conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Sumbersari Unit Malang City, showed that there was a significant development of KUR in its distribution during the pandemic. In addition, efforts to overcome obstacles at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. The Sumbersari Unit of Malang City has proven to be quite effective, it is based on an increase in both credit development and KUR customers. One of the efforts made is by conducting credit reconstruction, thus preventing bad loans
