ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PENGGAJIAN DAN PENGUPAHAN (Studi Kasus pada Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Nganjuk)

Accounting information systems are of high quality because they are related to technological developments that are also increasing. With the maximum utilization of technology, it is useful to encourage information management to create quality, effective, accurate information, and make it easier to carry out supervision so that it can be used in decision making. In addition to technology, the human factor is also an important factor in the management of payroll and wage accounting information systems. The role of human resources in this management is to support the achievement of the goals of the company or related agencies. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to provide remuneration in accordance with the performance of workers, namely by providing salaries and wages in a timely manner. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, which focuses on the Nganjuk Regency Environmental Office. Data analysis in this research is started from input analysis, process analysis, and output analysis. The results of the study found that the payroll and wage accounting information system at the Nganjuk Regency Environmental Service Office still needed to improve the system in order to be more effective
