Advances in technological developments, especially in motorized vehicles, can facilitate humans in many ways. Unfortunately, the existing security features still have loopholes for thieves to bring these motorized vehicles. Therefore, additional security is needed so that the opportunity for motor vehicle theft can be reduced. The use of GPS Tracker as additional vehicle safety is now popularly used and serves to transmit motor vehicle location data on smartphones via android and web applications. In order to make it easier for motorized owners to know the location of their vehicle. In addition, another benefit, namely as an additional security, is the camera by utilizing the facial recognition method, which is one of the accurate facial recognition techniques, as well as fingerprints and retinas of the eye. So that it can recognize facial curves and photos that already exist in the database. the vehicle location tracking system works well but can't store a lot of data. Contribution to this research is the storage of location data in large quantities and avoiding slow monitoring processess
