Research design: A quantitative research approach with pre-experimental one group pre-test, post-test design was adopted in this study. Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on knowledge regarding organ donation among staff nurses at tertiary level teaching hospital, Dharwad. Sample and sampling technique: A total of 30 staff nurses were selected by non – probability convenient sampling technique. Data Collection: The tool used for data collection was structured knowledge questionnaires, deals with knowledge on organ donation.
