AbstractThis study aims to analyze and explain the effect of emotional intelligence, job characteristics and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Elnusa Tbk East Kalimantan. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. And there are 3 independent variables used, namely emotional intelligence, job characteristics, and motivation. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Elnusa Tbk, East Kalimantan. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was measured by the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression.
