This study aims to look at the factors that influence job satisfaction among preschool teachers in Penang. Main objective of present study is to identify correlations between physical facilities, workload, communication and employee competencies on job satisfaction. Present study was incorporate quantitative approach where data were collected using a set of questionnaires. Questionnaires were used as a medium to obtain feedback from the respondents. The sample of this study context is teachers of preschool classes in Penang state which has a total of 191 respondents participated in this study.
