USAHA GERAKAN RAMAH SANTUN LANJUT USIA (GERDU RASA LANSIA) MELALUI PELATIHAN RAMAH LANSIA PADA KADER POSYANDU LANSIA DI DESA PEMATANG RAHIM KECAMATAN MENDAHARA ULU KABUPATEN TANJUNG JABUNG TIMUR

ABSTRACT Background: An increase in the number of elderly requires attention and anticipation because it has wide implications in social life. The dependency ratio of the elderly in Jambi in 2017 was 18.73. It indicates that every 100 people of productive age bear around 18 to 19 elderly people. The family plays an important role in caring for the sick elderly, treating the elderly, promoting the quality of life of the elderly, as well as fulfilling daily activities, including the health status of the elderly. For this reason, complete health services for the elderly at Posyandu must continue to be improved by accommodating the needs of the elderly according to their age and physical condition.Method : Training with lecture system, practice, and simulation. Result : most of the participants did not understand about the role of health cadres in posyandu. Then the elderly posyandu cadres in Pematang Rahim Village, Mendahara Ulu District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency were carried out. The material presented was related to the definition, roles and functions of cadres, the 5-table posyandu system, most of the cadres understood what was explained by the presenters. Keywords: Cadres, Posyandu, Elderly   ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Peningkatan jumlah lansia diperlukan perhatian dan antisipasi karena berimplikasi luas dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Rasio ketergantungan lansia di Jambi pada 2017 sebesar 18,73. Mengindikasikan setiap 100 orang penduduk usia produktif menanggung sekitar 18 hingga 19 warga lansia, Keluarga memegang peran penting melakukan perawatan lansia sakit, pengobatan lansia, memajukan kualitas hidup lansia, serta pemenuhan aktivitas sehari-hari, termasuk status kesehatan lansia. Untuk itu, pelayanan kesehatan paripurna lansia di Posyandu harus terus ditingkatkan dengan mengakomodir kebutuhan lansia disesuaikan usia dan kondisi fisiknya. Metode : Pelatihan dengan sistem ceramah, praktik, dan simulasi.  Hasil : sebagian besar peserta belum memahami tentang peran kader Kesehatan di posyandu. Kemudian dilakukan kader posyandu lansia Desa Pematang Rahim Kecamatan Mendahara Ulu Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Materi yang disampaikan terkait , definisi, peran dan fungsi Kader, sistem posyandu 5 meja sebagian besar  kader memahami apa yang di jelaskan oleh pemateri. Kata Kunci : Kader, Posyandu, lansi
