This report discusses high school youngsters and their attitudes concerning equality between men and women among in different Nordic countries. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on different dimensions in the lives of young people which covariate with the view of equality. The study is based on a Nordic survey Sponsored by the Nordic Council of Ministers and conducted in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Greenland, Iceland Finland, Aland islands and Faroe islands. The Norwegian Ministry of Children and Equality finances the Norwegian part of the study. Still it is considerable differences in the view equality between boys and girls in high school.
