Norway is to deliver its fourth report on compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in spring 2008. The Ministry of Children and Equality wanted this report, like previous ones, to include the voices of children and young people. Eight municipalities were invited to participate in the project. NOVA was commissioned to provide guidance to the municipalities and to present the results in a comprehensive report. Children and young people were asked questions such as: Have you heard of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child? Do children have rights at home, at school and in the wider society?
