Vocation of common core subjects in primary and secondary education is a current topic in schools today, as are the focus on mathematical knowledge among the pupils. In this paper I am highlighting a combination of both of these two topics. With my background as a teacher, diploma marketer and project manager I can see the importance of mathematical knowledge in the Norwegian school and the working community. I find the need and benefit of mathematics important and I want to contribute to an increase of interest, understanding and joy of mathematic in Norwegian schools.
