Background: Norway’s increasing population, along with a growing number of older people and people in need of treatment, increases pressure for the emergency services. Pre-hospital Electronic Healthcare Record systems (P-EHR) are pointed out as an important part of the solution to increase quality and efficiency to the forthcoming challenges. Aim of study: The aim of this study is to collect data concerning the experiences of users and practitioners in ambulance services in Norway.
