Electronic information resource planning makes it conceivable for users to access new tools and applications for information seeking and retrieval. Electronic information resources have become helpful research tools that enhanced the print collection in the analogue library setting. Computer self-efficacy is an important component to consider in terms of the use of e-resources that are computer-based. A survey research design was adopted for the study.
