This research discusses the influence of online customer experience and perceived risk on online purchase intention in Indonesia. This study has nine variables: online customer experience, product risk, financial risk, privacy risk, security risk, time risk, social risk, psychological risk, and online purchase intention, with 15 hypotheses. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected mainly by distributing questionnaires and obtained 185 respondents.
