A turbulent model was developed and analyzed for a high Reynolds number channel flow between wavy boundaries. Asymptotic method is employed to analyze the flow in a core region away from the boundaries and two viscous wall layer regions adjacent to the boundaries. The spanwise dependence of the wavy boundary shape functions contributes to source terms in the system for the streamwise vortices. The presence of these source terms require both streamwise and spanwise variations of the induced boundary waves. The boundary waves, due to the wavy boundaries, were found to be able to control the existence, scales, variations and shape of the induced turbulent vortices. Important cases were mfound which indicate that only combined effects of the tw...
