پوشش زنان (جلباب و خمار) در پرتو اصل کرامت انسانی

Background and Aim: The Holy Quran mentions the words "Jalabib" and "Khomor" as examples of clothing for women. The presence of these words in the verses of the Qur'an shows that the Arab community was no stranger to these words and used them as a means of covering, although their hijab had more natural than religious aspects. In this research, women's clothing and its requirements have been studied with regard to the principle of dignity. Materials and Methods: The present study is theoretical in terms of research type and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The method of collecting information is in the form of a library (documentary) one which has been done while referring to the relevant books and articles. Ethical Considerations: In order to organize this article, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed. Findings: "Khimar" is a covering for the head and hair, according to verse 31 of Surah Noor, the Almighty God said; use it to cover the chest slits. Another reason for wearing the head is that hair is a part of a woman's adornment and covering the adornment is necessary. But it seems that "Jilbab" is a kind of just recommended cover. Conclusion: God Almighty gives great dignity to women and considers all these authorities and honors of a lady in maintaining her chastity. It seems that if a special order has been given for covering and hijab in this regard, it is of great importance. Therefore, what is more important than the hijab and is a sign of the existence of chastity is to avoid flaunting in women. Bioethics Journal, Special Issue on Ethical & Legal Reflections 2021; 53-68.زمینه و هدف: قرآن کریم دو واژه «جلابیب» و «خمر» را به عنوان مصداق‌های پوشش برای بانوان یاد کرده است. حضور این واژگان در آیات قرآن نشان می‌دهد جامعه عرب با این پوشش­ها بیگانه نبوده و از آن‌ها به عنوان وسیله‌ای برای پوشش استفاده می­کرده است؛ هرچند حجاب آنان بیشتر جنبه فطری داشته است تا اعتقادی. در این مطالعه پوشش زنان و الزامات آن با نظرداشت اصل کرامت، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.    مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از حیث نوع تحقیق، نظری و از حیث روش، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. همچنین شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، به صورت کتابخانه­ای (اسنادی) است که ضمن مراجعه به کتب و مقالات مربوطه، انجام یافته است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمامی مراحل نگارش تحقیق حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: «خمار» پوششی برای سر و موها است که طبق آیه 31 سوره نور خدای تعالی فرمود، به وسیله آن فروج سینه را بپوشانید. دلیل دیگر برای پوشش سر این است که مو، جزئی از زینت زن محسوب می‌شود و پوشش زینت لازم است، اما به نظر می‌رسد که «جلباب» نوعی پوشش استحبابی است. نتیجه‌گیری: خدای تعالی شأن و منزلت والایی برای بانوان قائل است و همه این مقامات و کرامات یک بانو را در حفظ عفاف او می‌داند. به نظر می‌رسد اگر حکمی جهت پوشش و حجاب خاص داده شده، در همین راستا از اهمیت والایی برخوردار است. بنابراین آنچه از درجه اهمیت بالاتری نسبت به حجاب برخوردار و نشانه وجود ملکه عفاف است، عدم تبرج در بانوان است. لذا نمی‌توان ادعا کرد کسی که پوششی مانند خمار یا جلباب ندارد، عفیف نیست و کرامت ندارد
