Introduction: Fatigue is one of the most debilitating conditions associated with cancer and anticancer therapy. The purpose of this study was to translate the fatigue questionnaire in Persian for developing an appropriate instrument to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation and other interventions on fatigue in intended patients.
