بررسی تأثیر ساختار زیست‌محیطی بغداد بر بیماری و مرگ‌ومیر در دوره (اول) خلافت عباسیان

Background and Aim: Baghdad has been one of the important cities of Islamic civilization built during Mansour Abbasid's time and has been the Abbasids' capital for several centuries. The city has had problems in environmental structure, which has played a significant role in spreading pathogens and mortality in the city. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between Baghdad's environmental structure and pathogens and its impact on mortality in this city. Materials and Methods: The primary materials of this research are first-hand sources of Islamic history, which include historical sources, geographical books, and medical history texts. New research on the Abbasids' social situation has also been used in articles. Research method in this research. It is historical-analytical; Data collection is done by library method. Findings: It seems that Baghdad's geographical location has not always been the cause of prosperity and growth of agriculture and prosperity, but the environmental structure of the city, such as weather conditions in the spread of pathogens and human casualties of residents of the capital of the Abbasid Caliphate. Conclusion: In this article, we examine the impact of Baghdad's environmental structure in the first Abbasid period. First, the geographical importance of medicine has been stated; then, we have studied and analyzed the role of Baghdad's environmental structure in the spread of diseases and the factor that caused human casualties in the Abbasid period.زمینه و هدف: بغداد از شهرهای مهم تمدن اسلامی بوده است که در زمان منصور عباسی ساخته شد و چندین قرن پایتخت عباسیان بوده است. این شهر از نظر ساختار زیست‌محیطی مشکلاتی داشته است که در گسترش عوامل بیماری‌زا و مرگ‌ومیر در این شهر نقش زیادی داشته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ساختار زیست‌محیطی بغداد و عوامل بیماری‌زا و تأثیر در مرگ‌ومیر این شهر صورت گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها: مواد اصلی این پژوهش داده‌های منابع تاریخ اسلام است که شامل منابع تاریخی، کتاب‌های جغرافیایی و متون تاریخ پزشکی بوده است. همچنین از پژوهش‌های جدید صورت گرفته درباره اوضاع اجتماعی عباسیان در قالب مقالات استفاده شده است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، تاریخی - تحلیلی است؛ جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: به نظر می‌رسد موقعیت جغرافیایی بغداد همیشه عامل رونق و رشد کشاورزی و آبادانی نبوده است بلکه ساختار زیست‌محیطی این شهر از قبیل: شرایط جوی در گسترش عوامل بیماری‌زا و تلفات انسانی ساکنان پایتخت خلافت عباسی نقش زیادی داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: در این مقاله به بررسی تأثیر ساختار زیست‌محیطی بغداد در دوره اول عباسی می‌پردازیم. ابتدا اهمیت جغرافیایی پزشکی بیان شده است سپس نقش ساختار زیست‌محیطی بغداد در شیوع بیماری‌ها و عاملی که سبب تلفات انسانی در دوره عباسی بوده است را مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار داده‌ایم
