مروری بر صرع مشارکت معدی از دیدگاه طب سنّتی ایران

Epilepsy is a chronic disease, with overall incidence of 0.5% to 1%. Despite numerous treatments and antiepileptic drugs in allopathic medicine, 30% of epileptics suffer from uncontrolled seizures. In today's medicine, epilepsy is classified into generalized and focal seizures, due to symptoms and signs and brain involvement level. Abdominal seizure is a kind of focal seizure. Iranian traditional medicine as a rich source provides different categories and treatments for this disease. In this study, we addressed viewpoints of Iranian traditional medicine physicians on gastric shared epilepsy. This kind of epilepsy appears because of gastric problems and its seizures could be controlled by treating these problems. This study provides a comparison between gastric shared epilepsy and abdominal seizure, according to their causes, symptoms and treatments. In gastric shared epilepsy in Iranian traditional medicine, treatment is focused on stomach and strengthening the brain is also attended to. According to this study, in some epileptics, treating gastric problems has noticeable impacts on the process of disease therapy, about which clinical trial is suggested.صرع، بیماری مزمنی است و میزان بروز آن در کل جمعیت 5/0 تا 1 درصد است. در طب نوین، با وجود فراوانی درمان‌ها و داروهای ضد صرع، هم‎چنان 30 درصد مبتلایان به صرع از حملات کنترل‎نشده این بیماری رنج می‌برند. در پزشکی امروز بیماری صرع با توجه به نوع علائم و میزان درگیری مغز به دو دسته کلی generalized (ژنرالیزه) و موضعی تقسیم می‌شود. طب سنّتی ایران که منبعی غنی است، دسته‌بندی و درمان‌های گوناگونی در این بیماری دارد. در این مطالعه ما به بررسی دیدگاه دانشمندان طب سنّتی ایران درباره صرع مشارکت معدی پرداخته‌ایم. این نوع صرع به علت مشکلات معده بروز می‎کند و با درمان آن می‌توان به کنترل تشنج پرداخت. در طب سنّتی در صرع مشارکت معدی، درمان بر روی معده متمرکز است و به تقویت مغز نیز توجه شده است. بر اساس این مطالعه درمان مشکلات گوارشی در شماری از بیماران صرعی ممکن است بر روند درمان بیماری تأثیر به‎سزایی داشته باشد. با توجه به اینکه در طب نوین بسیاری از موارد تب به صورت ناشناخته باقی مانده و در اقدامات تشخیصی جوابی حاصل نمی‌گردد توجهی جدید به دیدگاه تشخیصی و درمانی اطبا سنتی می‌تواند بخشی از نارسایی طب نوین را ترمیم و قابلیت پاسخگویی آن را ارتقا داد.  &nbsp
