عوامل مؤثر بر نگرش كارشناسان سازمان‌ جهاد کشاورزی استان‌های خوزستان و ایلام نسبت به ايمني در عملیات كشاورزي

  Background and Objective: Applying technology in agriculture has led to significant growth in this sector. Meanwhile, Agriculture is one of the eventful careers and farmers' safety and health and others in farms is always at risk. The purpose of this study was to investigate affecting factors on experts' attitude of Agricultural Jihad Organization toward safety in agricultural operations.   Materials and Methods: The statistical population of this study was included agricultural jihad organization experts in Khuzestan and Ilam provinces, Iran (N=493) that 230 people of them were selected by Tackmans' Table and using proportional stratified random sampling method. Instrument of collecting data was questionnaire that was validated by a group of experts and its reliability was calculated by using Cronbach Alpha's coefficient. The data were analysed through SPSS19 software.   Results: Safety attitude among agricultural experts were favorable. Also, the relationship between experts' age, experience, information achieving, health attitude, risk taking and safety knowledge with their attitude toward agricultural safety were positive and significant. The results of path analysis showed that safety knowledge has the most direct effect and information achieving has the most indirect effect on agricultural safety attitude.   Conclusion: According to the positive attitudes of experts toward agricultural safety, therefore it is necessary to made available conditions for developing agricultural extension and educations in this regard.  سابقه و هدف: به‌کارگیری فنّاوري در كشاورزي باعث رشد قابل‌توجه اين بخش شده است. از سویی كشاورزي يكي از مشاغل پرحادثه بوده و سلامت و ايمني كشاورزان و ساير افراد حاضر در مزارع همواره در معرض خطر است. هدف مطالعه‌ي حاضر بررسی نگرش كارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی نسبت به ايمني در فعالیت‌های کشاورزی بود. روش‌ بررسی: جامعه‌ي آماري پژوهش كارشناسان سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان‌هاي خوزستان و ايلام (493=N) بودند که تعداد 230 نفر بر اساس جدول تعيين حجم نمونه‌ي تاکمن و با روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌بندي تصادفي متناسب به‌عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌اي بود كه روايي آن بر اساس نظر جمعي از متخصصان تأیید و پایایی آن نیز از طریق آزمون کرونباخ آلفا محاسبه شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19 انجام گرديد. یافته‌ها: نگرش به ایمنی در بین کارشناسان کشاورزی مطلوب بود. همچنین رابطه سن، سابقه كار، دسترسي به اطلاعات، نگرش به‌سلامت، ريسك‌پذيري و دانش ايمني با نگرش نسبت به ايمني در كشاورزي مثبت و معنی‌دار بود. طبق نتایج تحلیل مسیر، متغیر دانش ايمني بیشترین تأثیر مستقیم و متغیر دسترسي به اطلاعات بیشترین تأثیر غیرمستقیم را بر نگرش به ایمنی در کشاورزی داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به مثبت بودن نگرش به ايمني در بین كارشناسان، باید تمهیدات و زمينه لازم جهت طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی و ترويجي ایمنی و بهداشت‌کار به کشاورزان از سوی کارشناسان کشاورزی فراهم آید. &nbsp
