بررسي ارتباط نوبت‌کاري با سلامت عمومي و کیفیت خواب در کارکنان یک شرکت لوله‌سازي

Background and Objective: With increasing population growth and industrialization and the need to service communities continually shift will increase. Due to the effects of shift work on health and sleep quality and given that it can contribute to the production and productivity, review and consideration of these problems is necessary. Therefore, the present study investigated the relationship between sleep quality and mental health in staffs that have shifts. Materials and Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study was conducted on employees of a Pipe company. The community of 230 people randomly selected from the staff. Tools used include demographic questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory and General Health Questionnaire, respectively. Data analysis was performed by spss 18 software and descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The results of the comparison between shift and non-shift indicated that there is a significant relationship between the mean scores of mental health and quality of sleep and these disorders are higher in shift workers. Conclusion: Due to the adverse effects of shift work on the one hand and the large number of workers employed, sensitivity, high risk operations and industrial processes in the country on the other hand, Study and suggested strategies appropriate to formulate the optimal shift in order to eliminate or reduce the adverse effects of shift work systems is necessary.  سابقه و هدف: با افزایش روز‌افزون جمعیّت و نیاز به خدمات و صنعتی شدن جوامع، نوبت‌کاری به طور مستمر افزایش خواهد یافت. با توجّه به اثراتی که شیفت‌کاری بر سلامت و کیفیت خواب کارکنان دارد و می‌تواند در تولید و بهره‌وری نیز تأثیرگذار باشد، بررسی و توجّه به این مشکلات، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ نوبت‌کاری با سلامت روان و کیفیت خواب کارکنان بوده است. روش بررسی‌: پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌ای مقطعی است که بر کارکنان شرکت لوله‌سازی اهواز به انجام رسیده است. از این جامعه، تعداد 230 نفر از پرسنل به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل: پرسش‌نامۀ دموگرافیک، پرسش‌نامۀ سنجش کیفیت خواب پیترزبورگ و پرسش‌نامۀ 12سؤالی سلامت عمومی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار 18 spss  و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از مقایسۀ بین دو گروه نوبت‌کار و گروه ثابت‌کار، حاکی از آن است که بین میانگین نمرات سلامت روان و کیفیت خواب دو گروه، ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد و این اختلالات در پرسنل نوبت‌کار بیشتر است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثرات سوء نوبت کاری از یک سو  و تعداد زیاد نیروی کار شاغل، حساسیت، مخاطره‌آمیز بودن عملیات و فرآیندهای صنعتی در کشور از سوی دیگر، انجام مطالعه‌ها و ارائۀ راهکارهای پیشنهادی مناسب برای تنظیم و تدوین نظام نوبت‌کاری بهینه برای حذف و یا کاهش اثرات نامطلوب ناشی از کار در نظام‌های نوبتی ضروری است. &nbsp
