Introduction: In spite of appropriate management, seizures are not controlled in10 to 20 percent of epileptic children. If we can find the epileptogenic focus and resect it by surgery, patient may be cured from refractory seizures. Long Term Video-EEG Monitoring (LTM) may give us important information in the preoperative assessment of these patients.
