ObjectiveThe primary problem in children with cerebral palsy (CP), frequently referred for occupational therapy, is gross motor dysfunction. The current study was designed to investigate the effects of sensory integration therapy (SIT) on gross motor skills in CP patients.Materials & MethodsTwenty-four children with diplegic spastic CP were randomly divided into two groups: First group (n=14,6 girls, 8 boys), age range 2 to 6 years, mean age 3.9 years; the second or control group (n=10, 5 girls, 5 boys), age range 2 to 6 years, mean age 3.4 years.
