IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI D'PEK_HIL DALAM DETEKSI DINI PREEKLAMPSIA DAN REKOMENDASI PADA IBU HAMIL

Background : Hypertension is a complication of pregnancy that can lead to preeclampsia, this causes the condition of the mother and fetus to be at high-risk. Preeclampsia is influenced by various risk factors. Early detection and appropriate treatment of pregnant women are very important and have a strategic role in making decisions for giving therapy to women at high-risk groups for preeclampsia to prevent complications during pregnancy and after delivery. An application based on an expert consulting system can accelerate the early detection of preeclampsia and get feedback from experts directly.Research Objectives : Develop and implementation the D'PEk_Hil application for early detection and providing recommendations for preeclampsia.Methods : Research and Development (RnD) and model testing using a quasy experiment design with a posttest only design with non-equivalent control group. The research subjects were 14 people in the treatment group using the D'PEk_Hil application and 14 people in the control group using the MCH handbook. Test data using intraclass correlation coefficient, Shapiro Wilk, and independent t-test.Results : The D'PEk_Hil application is relevant as a medium in accelerating early detection of preeclampsia with a difference of 172.65 seconds and accelerating the provision of recommendations for pregnant women by a difference of 250.79 seconds and being able to get feedback directly from experts. The D'PEk_Hil application can be accepted and used by health workers and has an effectiveness value of 88.3%
