The implementation of SIMPUS is still not optimal due to an error server, registration officers who have not received training or workshops from the puskesmas, the use of the same password and username. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) in the Outpatient Registration Section of the Karangtengah Health Center. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative case study approach. The data collection methods used are observation and interviews. The subject of this research is the person in charge of SIMPUS and registration officer, with the object used is the SIK-SIMPUS application. The results of the evaluation show that the SIK-SIMPUS application is very helpful for officers in inputting patient data, as well as speeding up services because the patient's identity is written directly on the computer so it doesn't take as long as when we write on paper manually.
