TINJAUAN IMPLEMENTASI PERMENKES NO.66 TAHUN 2016 PADA BAGIAN FILING RAWAT JALAN DI UPTD RSUD KOTA SALATIGA

Occupational safety and health of medical record officers a system for creating a comfortable and safe workplace for medical record officers when carryng out their work. The research was conducted at UPTD Salatiga Hospital in order to determine work safety and health based on occupational work safety, work accident, human and work environment factors in outpatient filing.This type of research is a case study with a descriptive approach. The subjeck of this study was the outpatient filing officers at UPTD medical record Installation in Salatiga Hospital. The objeck of research is work safety and health. Techniques of data by interviews and observations.The result of this study on the occupational safety and health factors of outpatient filing officers is are not good because officers often do not use PPE when working. On work accident factors filing officers often complain of aches in the legs and knees. On human factors, socialization needs to be held to increase knowledge, attitudes and actions of the filing officers. The work environment factors need additional PPE so that medical records officers do not experience work stress. To realize the high level of occupational safety and health, the authors suggest that the hospital management provide socialization and understanding of filing officers with the importance of PPE when working and provide distribution trolli facillities in order to facilitate the work of filing officers
