ANALISIS PREDIKSI KEBUTUHAN RAK FILING REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP DI RSUD DR.TJITROWARDOJO PUWOREJO

The increasing number of patient visits at the hospital affects the growth of the medical record at the hospital. During the preliminary study, it was found that the filing rack at RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo was full, with more than 5000 medical records piled on the floor. As a result, big numbers of medical records maps were broken and make it difficult to find the exact files. The aim of this research is finding out the need of medical record document storage rack at RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo in 2020-2024.This type of research is a descriptive research. The writer used observation as data collecting method. Data processing techniques used were collecting, editing, and tabulating.The results showed a trend of visits in 2020-2024 at RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo has increased. The numbers of visit predicted in 2020 was 21.827, in 2021 was 22.284, in 2022 was 22.751, in 2023 was 23.227, and in 2024 was 23.713. The prediction of new patient medical records in 2020-2024 in RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo was as much as 2% every year. The need for filing rack at RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo in 2020 is 4 racks and adds 1 more rack every year continuously with a length of 200 cm, 60 cm width, and 220 cm height
