IT systems in operational planning and production record analysis

katedra: KOD;This thesis analyzes the use of information systems in the operational planning and record production in medium sized companies. The aim of this work is based on the use of marketing research information systems to propose a suitable solution for a fictitious medium-sized companies in the clothing industry. The work is divided into two main chapters. The theoretical part deals with information and Enterprise Resource Planning systems in general, and briefly informs with the chosen ERP system and also briefly explains the general problems of operational planning and record production. The second part is almost composed of the actual market survey and design of suitable ERP systems in the clothing business. Finally, I summarize the whole issue.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou využití informačních systémů v operativním plánování a evidenci výroby ve středně ve firmách. Cílem práce je na základě marketingového průzkumu využívání informačních systémů navrhnout vhodné řešení pro fiktivní firmu střední velikosti z oděvního průmyslu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. Teoretická část práce pojednává o informačních a celopodnikových informačních systémech obecně, seznamuje jednotlivě s vybranými ERP systémy a v krátkosti obecně vysvětluje problematiku operativního plánování a evidenci výroby. Druhá část práce je již praktická, složená ze samotného průzkumu trhu a návrhu vhodného řešení ERP systémů v oblasti oděvní firmy. Závěrem je celá problematika shrnuta
